The purpose of the resolution is to vacate a portion of platted Park Street due to a building which encroaches onto the street right-of-way. The utilities and City offices who had rights to easements on the subject property have all signed Certificates of Intended Non-use to their easement rights. The original certificates are with the Council Resolution as it is being routed for signatures. It is currently in the City Attorney's Office.
