That the property shall be replatted, with said plat including the dedication of any new streets and easements required by the Department of Public Works. 2. That a subsequent petition shall be submitted at a later date, requesting the remaining portions of Ryan Ave. and Hill St. be vacated to the east property line of Eagle Parkway. 3. That the petitioner shall be responsible for salvaging all granite curbs and sandstone pavers within the streets being vacated and delivering them to the location specified by the Department of Public Works Street Engineering. 4. That the petitioner shall be responsible for constructing and maintaining a road off of Chestnut Street, north of the railroad tracks for access to the District Energy. Ramsey County Government Center West and the Ramsey County Jail properties. Said access road must be in place at all times until the new Market Street crossing. as part of the Shepard Road reconstruction. is open to traffic. This access road shall be constructed and maintained in a condition acceptable to the Department of Public Works. 9�--ao 5. That the petitioner shall allow the Department of Public Works access to the sewer easement for the Spring Street sanitary sewer and sufficient space to perform the work, including the storage of construction supplies and excavated materials, and to maintain vehicular access to the District Energy and County West properties. The petitioner shall not perform any new construction within the sewer easement or take any action which would increase the difficulty or cost of constructing the new sewer. 6. That the petitioner shall be responsible for constructing and maintaining an emergency route from Chestnut, north of the tracks, across the Science Museum property or along the railroad property in the event an emergency vehicle enroute to District Energy/Count West encounters a train, if deemed necessary by the St. Paul Fire Department and the District Energy and Ramsey County properties. 7. That the petitioner shall be responsible for providing a safe means for pedestrians to traverse the Science Museum site from Kellogg Boulevard to Chestnut Street, during the museum construction. 8. That, on a permanent construction basis, the Science Museum plan shall provide adequate access for pedestrians not only to Chestnut, but also to the new Market/Shepard intersection, which is being designed as a main riverfront access point.
