That this vacation shall be only temporary. Upon demolition of the encroaching 22 building, the above described property shall revert to public right-of-way. 23 24 2. That the petitioner's, their successors and assigns shall pay $500.00 as an 25 administrative fee for this vacation which is due and payable within 60 days of the 26 effective date of this resolution. 27 28 3. That with the accompanying Utility Easement Certificates of Intended Non-Use, filed 29 voluntarily on behalf of U.S. West Communications, Incorporated, Northern States 30 Power Company, District Energy St. Paul, Incorporated, MCI Metro, Continental 31 Cablevision, the Water Utility, and the Department of Public Works, made a part 32 hereof by this reference and filed in the office of the City Clerk of Saint Paul, the City, 33 for itself and on behalf of these corporations and departments does hererby waive the 34 right to the utility easements in the vacated area described above for the lifetime of the 35 encroaching structure, such easements to be reinstated following demolition of the said 36 structure. 37 3054789 1 9.
