The area to be dedicated for public alley is described as follows: 24 25 The north 58.0 feet of the west 30.0 feet and except the north 58.0 feet, the west 20.0 26 feet of Lot 15, Block 18, Oak Ville Park, Ramsey County, Minnesota. 27 28 4. That the petitioner shall, within 60 days of the effective date of this resolution, dedicate a 29 permanent utility easement to the City of Saint Paul for sewer purposes on, over and across the 30 following described property: 31 32 The west 20.0 feet of Lot 15, Block 18, Oak Ville Park, Ramsey County, Minnesota. 33 34 5. That the petitioner shall pay all costs and expenses for improvements to the alley which shall 35 be constructed to City standards and specifications under an ordinance permit issued by Public 36 Works Street Engineering. That the petitioner shall, within 60 days of the effective date of this resolution, dedicate an 22 area to the City of Saint Paul for use as a public alley for redirection of the vacated alley onto 23 Geranium Street. The area to be dedicated for public alley is described as follows: 24 25 The north 58.0 feet of the west 30.0 feet and except the north 58.0 feet, the west 20.0 26 feet of Lot 15, Block 18, Oak Ville Park, Ramsey County, Minnesota. 27 28 4. That the petitioner shall, within 60 days of the effective date of this resolution, dedicate a 29 permanent utility easement to the City of Saint Paul for sewer purposes on, over and across the 30 following described property: 31 32 The west 20.0 feet of Lot 15, Block 18, Oak Ville Park, Ramsey County, Minnesota. 33 34 5. That the petitioner shall pay all costs and expenses for improvements to the alley which shall 35 be constructed to City standards and specifications under an ordinance permit issued by Public 36 Works Street Engineering.
