That the petitioner's,their successors and assigns shall pay $500.00 as an administrative fee for 15 this vacation which is due and payable within 60 days of the effective date of this resolution. 16 17 2. That the petitioner receives a setback variance and site plan approval. 18 19 3. Any use of the vacated former right of way for any Zoning Code purposes shall require prior approval of a new or expanded campus boundary in compliance with Saint Paul Legislative Code § 60.415(7) 8.
