ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, WHEREAS, The 1976 Operation and Maintenance
Budget contains an appropriation in the amount of $462,950. 00 for
an employees' dental program, and it is now evident that the City
will not be required to expend funds for such employees' dental
program during the current budget year and, therefore, it is
hereby
ORDERED, That the Director of the Department of Finance and
Management Services and Budget Director shall take all actions
necessary so as to close the sum of $462,950. 00 from the 1976
Operation and Maintenance Budget General Account 09001, employee
insurance to the General Fund Balance - Dedicated - Employee
Insurance Account, to be available for appropriation to future
years' budgets.
