ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, that the Department of Community Services (Division of
Housing and Building Code Enforcement) is hereby authorized to incur costs as
detailed in the attached budget for building inspection services related to the
community development funded Rehab Program.
The Division shall account for funds in accordance with the directions given
by the Community Development Section. The funds expended in the amount of $79,050
for building inspection services to be charged to Account No. 30667 and to be
reimbursed from Community Development Block Grant Funds.
