Smith for construction of a single family residence at 900 Monroe Court, for which a Sewer Availability Charge (SAC) was collected in the amount of $325.00 as evidenced by Department of Finance and Management Receipt No. A-749 dated December 31, 1975; and WHEREAS, Mr. Edward D. Smith is unable to secure clear title to the subject land, being Lots 10 and 11, Michel and Robertson's Addition as evidenced by the attached letter of Mr. John C. Rowland, Attorney-at-Law, with the and result being that subject Building Permit application was cancelled. In view of the above, the Director of Finance and Management Services is directed to prepare a Pay Voucher for a refund of $325.00 previously collected for Sewer Availability Charge to: Mr. Edward D. Smith • 761 James Avenue St. Paul, Minnesota 55102 and report said transaction to the Metropolitan Waste Control Commission for proper recordation.
