ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, That the premises at 112 Winnipeg, having
sustained severe damage due to vandalism, and the Building Depart-
ment having advised the Mayor that the premises is unboarded, that
there is no support for the porch on the structure, and that the
building in its present condition presents a serious danger to the
health and safety of the citizens in the area and, further, the
Building Department having advised the Mayor that the premises is
beyond repair, now, therefore, the Mayor of the City of Saint Paul,
pursuant to the powers vested in him by law and charter, hereby
declares a state of emergency with regard to the premises known as
112 Winnipeg and in order to protect the lives and safety of
neighboring residents, particularly children, hereby
ORDERS the proper City officials to immediately proceed with the
razing and destruction of the structures identified above and to
assess the costs thereof against the land pursuant to statute and,
be it
FURTHER ORDERED that the proper City Officials in the Building
Department are further directed to contact the record owners,
Thomas and Edith Barone; the State of Minnesota; the County of
Ramsey; and Richard Love, to advise them of the foregoing action
• and serve copies of this Order upon them.
