OFFICE OF THE MAYOR No: ✓J —� �—=--' ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER MAY 2 0 1976 Date: ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, Harold Frasl, an employee of the Department of Public Works, was injured in a third party accident on April 25, 1974, while engaged in the performance of his duties; and WHEREAS, the City has incurred medical expense in the amount of $324.00 therefor, and said employee was disabled from work for a period of time being paid compensation at the rate of $100 per week, for which the City may claim credit at the aforementioned rate; and WHEREAS, City Vehicle No. 105 was also damaged in said accident to the extent of $86:86 for which Registered Bill No. B04965 was issued; and WHEREAS, a compromise settlement has been negotiated between said employee and the other party involved in said accident, which provides for a net settlement to the City in the amount of $386. 86; now, therefore, be it ORDERED, that the proper City officers are hereby authorized to accept the sum of $386.86 in full , final and complete settlement of its claim herein and that said sum is to be allocated as follows: $300.00 credited to Miscellaneous Revenue of the General Revenue Fund as reimbursement of Workmen' s Compensation Fund expenses; and $86. 86 in payment of Registered Bill No. B04965.
