OFFICE OF THE MAYOR No: Z 742� ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER Date: APR 14 1976 ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, Betty Countz, an employee of the Department of Community Services was injured in a third party accident on January 8, 1974, while engaged in the performance of her duties; and WHEREAS, the City has incurred medical expense in the amount of $3,767.10 therefor, and said employee was disabled from work for a period of time being paid compensation at the rate of $100.00 per week, for which the City may claim credit at that rate; and WHEREAS, a compromise settlement has been negotiated between said employee and the otherparty involved in said accident which provides for a net settlement to the City in the amount of $5 ,000; now, therefore, be it ORDERED, that the proper City officers are hereby authorized to accept the sum of $5,000 in full, final and complete settlement of its claim herein and that said sum of $5,000 is to be credited to Miscellaneous Revenue of the General Revenue Fund as reimbursement of Workmen' s Compensation Fund expenses.
