ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, that pursuant to the Award of the Minnesota
Workers' Compensation Division, dated December 26, 1975, Mona J.
Jesmer, widow of John J. Jesmer, employee of the Department of
Public Safety, Bureau of Police, who died from an occupational
disease on August 29, 1975, be paid from the Workmen' s Compensation
Account of the General Fund, the sum of $63.71 per week, payable
every four weeks, commencing as of August 29, 1975, and continuing
during dependency, until the sum of $40,000.00 shall have been paid,
together with reimbursement in the sum of $1,000.00 for funeral
expenses incurred and payment to St. Paul Ramsey Hospital in the
sum of 0183.23, Medical Education and Research Foundation in the
sum of 143.00 and Dr. R. L. Altman in the sum of $11.00; and be
it
FURTHER ORDERED, that from the compensation payable to said Mona
J. Jesmer herein, the City of Saint Paul shall withhold 25/ of
said compensation, and shall pay said sums directly to William W.
Essling, as reasonable attorney fees Ir representation of
dependent herein, until said attorney has been paid the sum of
$1,000.00 in attorney fees, and thereafter, payment of dependency
compensation shall be made in full to said Mona J. Jesmer.
