ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER,
WHEREAS, a Building Permit was issued to Lynn and Robin Jars, for property
located at 1229 Flandrau Street, being the South 1/2 of Lot 21, Gerardines Garden
Lots, for which Sewer Availability Charges have been collected in the Amount of
$325.00, as evidenced by Department of Finance and Management Services Receipt
No. 673, dated October 2, 1975, and
WHEREAS, it has now been discovered that the soil conditions are not suitable
for construction of a single family home, and the subject Building Permit No. 187257,
issued +eptember 22, 1975, has been cancelled.
In view of the foregoing, the Director of the Department of Finance and
Management Services is directed to prepare a Miscellaneous Claim and refund the
amount of $325.00 previously collected for Sewer Availability Charges to:
Lynn and Robin Jars.
