ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, That the Department of Public Works due to the fact
that the technical staff of the Community Services Department is not available
for certain design purposes is hereby authorized and directed to notify Toltz,
King, Duvall , Anderson & Associates, Inc. that pursuant to an agreement between
the City of Saint Paul, approved by Council Resolution, C. F. #244909, the
latter may proceed to furnish engineering services necessary for the prepara-
tion of plans and specifications for the burner conversion project at the
City Asphalt Plant. The cost incurred by the City as a result of these
services, estimated at $13,800.00, will be charged to Paving Plant Account
Code 12201-170.—Od0
