ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER,
WHEREAS, it has been determined that it will be advantageous for the Department
of Police to establish a waiting room for officers who have been subpoened to testify
before the court in misdemeanor and felony cases, and
WHEREAS, there is space in the City Hall Annex, 25 W. 4th Street, to wit;
718 square feet in Suite 272, now, be it
ORDERED, that the Department of Police is authorized, starting January 1, 1976,
to pay an annual square foot utilization charge of $2 per square foot or $1,436 annually
for such space in Suite 272, and, be it
FURTHER ORDERED, that commencing with occupancy, the Department of Police will
pay for electricity used in Suite 272. Such charges will amount to approximately
$1,077 per year.
Such space utilization charges and electric charges to be paid from Activity
Codes 04100 and 04145 on a quarterly basis.
