OFFICE OF THE MAYOR ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER Date: Xjl- 3 1975 ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, Timothy Trooien, an employee of the Department of Police, was injured in a third-party accident on June 21, 1973, while engaged in the performance of his duties; and WHEREAS, the City has incurred medical expense in the amount of $5,759. 47 therefor, and said employee was disabled from work for a period of time being paid salary in the amount of $3,120.63, for which the City may claim credit at the rate of $80.00 per week; and WHEREAS, a compromise settlement has been negotiated between said employee and the other party involved in said accident, which provides for a net settlement to the City in the amount of $500.00; now, therefore, be it ORDERED, that the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to accept the sum of $500.00 in full, final and completely settlement of its claim herein and to execute any necessary releases therefor and to endorse Draft No. 560890 of Mutual Service Insurance Company in the amount of $5,000; that of said sum of $500.00 is to be allocated as follows: . $500.00 credited to Miscellaneous Revenue of the General Revenue Fund as reimbursement for Police salaries.
