ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
Date: JUL 2 1975.
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, That the premises at 844-846 Beech, being
in an extremely hazardous and dilapidated condition, and the
Division of Housing and Building Code Enforcement and the Fire
Department having advised the Mayor that the premises is open to
vandals and presents a serious danger to the health and safety of
the citizens in the area and, further, the Division of Housing and
Building Code Enforcement having advised that the premises is
beyond repair, now, therefore, the Mayor of the City of Saint Paul,
pursuant to the powers vested in him by law and charter, hereby
declares a state of emergency with regard to the premises known as
844-846 Beech and in order to protect the lives and safety of
neighboring residents, particularly children, hereby
ORDERS the proper City officials to immediately proceed with the
razing and destruction of the structures identified above and to
assess the costs thereof against the land pursuant to statute and,
be it
FURTHER ORDERED, that the proper City officials in the Division of
Housing and Building Code Enforcement are further directed to
contact the record owners to advise them of the foregoing action
and to serve a copy of this Order upon them
