Alexander Construction Company, Inc. , Contractor, is composed of the following: 1. Remove concrete curb & integral lip curb at Hvy. 61 & Lower Afton Rd. to allow for construction of a right turn lane - 202 lin. ft. @ $1.00 = $202.00 2. Remove side inlet & discharge pipe to allow for construction of a right turn lane at Hwy. 61 & Lower Afton Rd. - (lump sum) 1 each @ $25.00 = 25.00. 3. Plug 12" lead to 21" main line sewer. Required because of conflict with construction of the 48" R.C.P. storm sewer - (dump sum) 1 each @ $10.00 = 10.00 4. Reconnect 12" catch basin lead to the new 48" R.C.P. storm Sewer. 12" R.C.P. C1. 4 from catch basin to storm sewer - 10 lin. ft. @ $12.00 = 120.00 Total Additions = $357.00 ORDERED, That the City of Saint Paul, through its Mayor, approves the foregoing additions made in ac- cordance with the specifications in the sum of $ 357.00 said amount to be added to the lump sum con- sideration named in the contract, known as contract L- 7697 _, and which amount is to be financed from: No additional financing is required.-$ecause of an underrun in the original bid items.
