OFFIGE OF THE MAYOR 6 76 No; ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER N�l AV Date: 5 1R ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, Ronald Stone, an employee of the Department of Parks and Recreation and Public Buildings, was injured in a third party accident on October 29, 1973, while engaged in the performance of his duties; and WHEREAS, the City has incurred medical expense in the amount of $185.00 for said employee; and WHEREAS, a compromise settlement has been negotiated between said employee and the other party involved in said accident, which provides for a net settlement to the City in the amount of $185.00; now, therefore, be it ORDERED, that the proper City officers are hereby authorized to accept the sum of $185.00 in full , final and complete settlement of its claim herein and that said is to be credited to Miscellaneous Revenue of the General Revenue Fund as reimbursement of Workmen' s Compensation Fund expenses. • APPROVED -7 Roger A.
