ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, That the premises at 929 Woodbridge, being in an
extreme state of disrepair, and the Division of Housing and Building
Code Enforcement having advised the Mayor that the porches on the
building are rotting and in danger of collapse, that the floors are
sagging, parts of the plumbing, heating and electrical systems are
missing, there is open electrical wiring and that the building is
open and accessible to vandals and to children; and, further, the
Division of Housing and Building Code Enforcement having advised the
Mayor. that the premises is beyond repair, now, therefore, the Mayor
of the City of Saint Paul, pursuant to the powers vested in him by
law and charter, hereby declares a state of emergency with regard to
929 Woodbridge and in order to protect the lives and safety of
neighboring residents, particularly children, hereby
ORDERS, the proper City officials to immediately proceed with the
razing and destruction of the structures identified above and to
assess the costs thereof against the land pursuant to state statute
and, be it
FURTHER ORDERED, that the proper City officials in the Division of.
Housing and Building Code Enforcement are further directed to contact
• the record owners of the above premises and advise them of the fore-
going action and serve a copy of this Order upon them
