' OFFIGE OF THE MAYOR No: r ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER JUN 2 6 1974 Date: ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, That the Report with Recommendations dated May 24, 1974 (copy attached) , as submitted by the Department of Public Works concerning an investigation for the proposed widening and reconstruction of OLD HUDSON ROAD - Birmingham Street to McKnight Road, City Project Nos. P-0503, P-0540 and P-0613 is hereby approved. The Department of Finance and Management Services is hereby authorized and directed, with assistance as necessary from the Department of Public Works, to meet with the owners of the land proposed for acquisition and to provide said owners with detailed explanations as to the acquisition, pursuant to Resolution, C.F. No. 259491 , approved August 21 , 1972. The Department of Finance and Management Services is further authorized, in conjunction with the Department of Public Works, to hold a public informational meeting in the affected neighborhood to inform the neighborhood citizenry of the nature of the proposed street improvement. The Department of Finance and Management Services is further authorized to schedule this project for a public hearing before the City Council . The additional right-of-way to be acquired and slope easements (detailed as follows) is as shown on the Department of Public Works Street Easement Drawing No. 2258, Drawer No. 4, and Slope Easement Drawing No. 2228, Slope Drawer No. 2. Acquire temporary easements in the lands as necessary for slopes, • cuts and fills, including right of removal of lateral support from subject lands or remainder thereof, occasioned by excavations thereof or construction of slopes, in the widening, paving and improving of OLD HUDSON ROAD from Birmingham Street to McKnight Road.
