Ytaen as evidenced by Department of Finance and Management Services Receipt #T1489 on April 2, 1974; and WHEREAS, Mrs. Rarleen Sheppard, present owner of said property also paid said assessment in full, in the amount of $165.00 on April 19, 1974 as evidenced by Department of Finance and Management Services Receipt #T2085.
