ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER,
WHEREAS, Special assessment for the Concord-Terrace Storm Sewer has
been collected in the amount of $165.00 from Cathcart i Maxfield, Inc. for
Lots 13 and 14, Block 3 of Auditor's Subdivision #36 said assessment being
paid from escrow money withheld from Ronald W. and Sharon L. Ytaen as
evidenced by Department of Finance and Management Services Receipt #T1489
on April 2, 1974; and
WHEREAS, Mrs. Rarleen Sheppard, present owner of said property also
paid said assessment in full, in the amount of $165.00 on April 19, 1974 as
evidenced by Department of Finance and Management Services Receipt #T2085.
In view of the above, the Director of Finance and Management Services
is directed to prepare a Miscellaneous Claim and refund the duplicate payment
in the amount of $165.00 to Mrs. Barleen Sheppard, 13 Hall Avenue, St. Paul,
Minnesota 55107.
