No. 61 (MOUNDS BLVD.) between E. Seventh St. and E. Third St. The City's share of the construction costs are es- timated at $71 ,007.82 to be accounted for under Permanent Improvement Revolving Fund Code No. 60000, to be reimbursed from 1973 and 1974 Water Pollution Abatement Funds. The exact amount will be determined at the time of the award of contract. City limits • Dear Ms. Mix: Transmitted herewith for the City's use and retention are two fully executed copies of the subject agreement between the City of St. Paul and this department relative to payment by the City to the State of the City's proportionate cost share of coopera- tive joint-use mainline storm sewer facilities and its 100 percent cost share of storm sewer facilities exclusively for City drainage to be constructed by the State, under contract, upon, along and adjacent to Trunk Highway No. 61 (Mounds Boulevard) from 7th Street to 3rd Street within the corporate City limits in accordance with State plans, specifications and special provisions designated as State Project No. 6221-21 (T.H. 61=108), Said payment by the City shall be based on the final quantities of City cost participation construction work items performed multiplied by the appro- priate unit prices contained in the State's construction contract for said State Project No. 6221-21 (T.H. 61=108) and computed at the City cost participation per- centages as set forth in Article II of the agreement. As provided in Article III, Section* of the agreement, the State has recomputed the City's total estimated cost share of the aforesaid State Project No. 6221-21 (T.H. 61=108) construction and construction engineering costs based on the construction contract unit prices which recomputation of the City's cost share is set forth in the revised "Schedule I" enclosed herewith for the City's information. Said contract unit prices are the low bid unit prices of the Alexander Construction Co., Inc. to whom the construction contract has been awarded. The City's total estimated cost share as recomputed increased from the preliminary estimate of $71,007.82 to $749785.75 as shown in the said revised "Schedule I". The aforesaid Article III, Section A. of the agreement provides for the City to advance to the Commissioner of Highways the • City's revised total cost share amount of $74,785.75 forthwith upon the execution of Ms. Rose Mix June 6, 1974 Page 2 the agreement and upon receipt of a request from the State for such advancement of funds. An invoice in this amount will be forwarded to the City in a few days, and it is requested that payment be made accordingly. Sincerely, Charles H.
