OFFICE OF THE MAYOR No:© — I i ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER MAR 1 1 1974 Date: • ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, That the proper City officials are hereby authorized and directed to execute on behalf of the City of Saint Paul an agreement (a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference) between the City and the Catholic Cemeteries covering the construction, contract administration, and costs arising from the construction of a fence on a section of vacated St. Albans St. , and be it FURTHER ORDERED, that the reimbursement, by the Catholic Cemeteries , to the City, provided for under the terms of the Agreement , estimated as a sum of $2,883. 18, shall be credited to P. I .R. Fund Code 60000, L-7695. Total costs incurred by the City under the terms of this Agreement are estimated as a sum of $5,123.94, which, as part of the total cost of $28,657.00 for fencing the Dale St. Municipal Garage Complex, will be financed by 1967, 1969, 1970, and 1971 CIB Funds.
