OFFICE OF THE MAYOR No: n_)©8a ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER A A N 28 1974 Date • ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, The C i ty of Sa i nt Pau 1 and the State of M i nnesota have entered into a cooperative construction agreement No. 56678, State Project No. 6242-17 and 6242-43 for construction of storm sewer facilities along the West Frontage Road of T.H. No. 280 from Territorial Road to Franklin Ave. ; along the East Frontage Road of T.H. No. 280 from University Ave. to Franklin Ave. and along Franklin Ave. from approximately 100 ft . East of East Frontage Road to said East Frontage Road and WHEREAS, pursuant to Section III of said agreement the City of Saint Paul advanced to the Commissioner of Highways the sum of $19,700.98 and, WHEREAS, the final costs have now been determined and the final amount due from the City of Saint Paul amounts to $19,894.44, therefore it is, ORDERED, That the City of Saint Paul pay $193.46 to the Commissioner of Highways and charge this amount to the Permanent Improvement Revolving Fund, Code 60000, L-7440 and this fund to be reimbursed from 1973 Public Improvement Aid Fund S-1423 • APPROVED AS TO FUNDING Director of Finance & Management Services APPROVED AS TO FORM sistant y ttorne rtmen Head y` Kr , r- Date Administr a Ass' nt lo Mayor
