Lippert, an employee of the Department of Parks and Recreation and Public Buildings, was injured on December 9, 1971, in a third party accident, while engaged in the performance of his duties; and WHEREAS, the City has incurred medical expense in the amount of $55.00 therefor; and WHEREAS, a compromise settlement has been negotiated between said employee and the other party involved in said accident, which provides for a net settlement to the City in the amount of $55.00; now, therefore, be it RESOLVED, that the proper City officers are hereby authorized to accept the sum of $55.00 in full , final and complete settlement of its claim herein; and that said sum of $55.00 is ttreby credited to the Miscellaneous Revenue Fund of the General Revenue Fund as reimbursement of Workmen' s Compensation Fund expenses. • APPROVED AS TO FO M Finance Dept. as to Funding: Assistar14 City Attorney / Department Head N.
