ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER

ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, That the proper City Officers are hereby authorized and
directed to execute, on behalf of the City of St. Paul , Highway Lighting Agreement
No. 57550 (a copy of which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference)
between the City and the State of Minnesota, Department of Highways, providing for
the disposition of costs and responsibilities involved in the State construction
of highway lighting systems at the intersection of T.H. No. 61 and Warner Road
(City Project No. M-0578, entitled WARNER ROAD at T.H. No. 61) ; and be it
FURTHER ORDERED, That the construction, engineering and inspection costs to be
paid to the State by the City as the City's share of the costs as set forth in
said Agreement, estimated as a sum of $18,868.00, shall be paid from P. I .R. Fund
Code 60000, said fund to be reimbursed from 1973 Municipal State Aid Funds. All
costs shall be accounted for under Department of Public Works Project No. M-0578.
The total estimated cost to the City for this project will be more accurately stat-
ed upon award of contract.
