ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, that William Ball be paid the sum of $2,205.00
out of the Workmen' s Compensation Account of the General Fund
in full settlement of his claim against the City of Saint Paul
for compensation resulting from his injuries of October 8, 1970,
while in the employ of the Department of Parks and Recreation
and Public Buildings (Park Police) , whereby he suffered a 10%
permanen partial disability to his back; that of said sum,
$2,205.0 is now due and payable.
