ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER,
WHEREAS, James J. Zoch, an employee of the Department of
Public Utilities, was injured in a third party accident on
October 13, 1971, while engaged in the performance of his duties;
and
WHEREAS, the City has incurred medical expense in the
amount of $117. 50 therefor; and
WHEREAS, a compromise settlement has been negotiated between
said employee andthe other party involved in said accident,
which pro ides for a net settlement to the City in the amount
of $117 . 5; now, therefore, be it
ORD*ED, that the proper City officers are hereby authorized
to accep the sum of $117. 50 in full , final and complete settlement
of its cli im herein; that of said sum $117. 50 is thereby credited
to the Workmen' s Compensation Fund.
