OFFICE OF THE MAYOR Date: ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER s ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, That pursuant to a complaint that rotting meat had been left in the garage by persons who had vacated the first floor premises of duplex at 636 Charles Street, a Housing Inspector reports the following emergency conditions to exist as of this 26th day of June, 1973: j Rotting meat, mattresses and debris in garage Bags of rubbish found in basement of duplex WHER AS, the existing conditions constitute a danger to the tenant of said dwelling as well as to the surrounding neighbors, possibly endangering their health, safety and welfare; THER FORE, it is hereby ordered that the Public Works Department be authorized to remove said rotting meat, mattresses and debris from garage at 636 Charles Street, and further to remove bags of rubbish from basement of duplex at 636 Charles Street immediately in view of the danger to the citizens of the City of Saint Paul. -� FUR ER ORDERED that the Building Department shall proceed while the abatement process is in motion to determine owner of said property, and mail written notice to same advising as to reasons for emergency actiori and shall further provide written notice of the costs of abatement proce dings, assessing same against the property as provided in Chapter 14 of the City Charter and Ordinance 15233 of the Saint Paul Legislative Code.
