That the Director of Public Works is hereby authorized and instructed
to investigate the necessity for replacing the Cleveland Avenue Bridge over
the Ford Sur of the C.M.St. P. & P. R.R. Co. (Milwaukee Road) , between York-
shire Aven a and Vi ) lard Avenue, known as Public Works Project No. B-1033.
He is auth rized to obtain surveys, prepare plans, make cost estimates and
determine eed for additional easements or right-of-way for the construc-
tion of the bridge and hold public informational meetings in the neighbor-
hood.
