ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER
ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, The Community Services Department, Division of Parks
and Recreation has been authorized per Council Resolution No. 258457, approved
May 4, 1972, to incur engineering and miscellaneous costs for the Rehabilitation
of the Como Park Conservatory Project at an estimated cost of $3,000 and,
Now the Parks and Recreation Division would like to proceed with
the replacemeAt and installation of Fiberglass Panels on the Conservatory Dome,
and this work to be done through a City Force Account because of the monetary
advantages ac ruing to the City by doing the work on this basis,
:rdered, that the Division of Parks and Recreation be allowed to
proceed on the installation phase of this project at an additional cost of
$15,535.00 and further,
Ordered, that these costs be charged to the Permanent Improvement
Revolving Fund, Code No. 60000 and this Fund to be Reimbursed from Capital
Improvement Budget Fund No. 93772-460-003.
