F FEB 16 1973 OFFICE OF THE MAYOR Date ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER • ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, In the matter of that certain contract formerly known as Comptroller's Contract L-7449 for the Grading and Surfacing of CONCORD TERRACE-1971, City Project No. 71-P-0518, Ashbach Construction Company, Contractor, the specified date of completion is June 15, 1972, and for reasons beyond the Contractor's control he was not able to complete the contract by said date of completion, it is hereby f ORDERED, That the City of Saint Paul, through its Mayor, extends the time of comple- tion to September 15, 1972, provided however, that this Order shall have no force or effect unless the sureties on the Contractor's bond consent thereto and file such consent in writing with the Head of the Finance Department of the City of Saint Paul; and it is FURTHER ORDERED, That the City of Saint Paul hereby waives all claim for liquidated damages and that no engineering and inspection costs on this project will be charged to the Contractor for such extended period. • APPROVED AS TO FUNDING A ROVED S TO F Department ot Finance Assistant City Attorney Departmenrtesd Jo e h F.
