That the Director of the Department of Public Works is hereby authorized and
directed to prepare plans, obtain surveys, prepare estimates and investigate the
necessity to construct and/or reconstruct the sidewalks on the following streets
and do all other work which is necessary and incidental to complete said improvement:

South side of E. Minnehaha Ave. from Hope St. to West 150' and
North side of E. Minnehaha Ave. from Weide St. to West 250'
North side of Margaret St. from Ruth St. to No. Hazel St.
South side of Ross Ave. from Earl St. to E. Seventh St.
West side of Forest St. from E. Rose Ave. to south 122'
North side of E. Jessamine Ave. from Mendota St. to East 87'
North sideof E. Magnolia Ave. from Forest St. to West 43'

Both sides of Cypress St. from Beech St. to Bush Ave. and
East side of Cypress St. from E. 7th St. to South 67'
South side of Geranium Ave. from Woodbridge St. to Marion St.

The Director of Finance is hereby directed to prepare the preliminary order and
schedule this matter for public hearing.
