ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER,
ORDERED, That the proper City officers are hereby authorized and directed to
execute, on behalf of the City of St. Paul , a Supplemental Agreement (a copy of
which is attached hereto and incorporated herein by reference) between the City
and the State of Minnesota, Department of Highways, providing for the termination
of Agreement No. 57262, made between the City and the State, under the directive
of Administrative Order No. D-246, dated October 24, 1972. Said Supplemental
Agreement shall effect complete cancellation of the City's financial liability
to share in the costs of construction of State Project No. 6280-177 (T.H. 35E=390) ,
also known as City Project No. M-0555, SHEPARD ROAD and T.H. 1-35E.

Dear Mr. Marshall:
Transmitted herewith are two fully executed copies, one with original
signatures, of the subject supplemental agreement between this depart-
ment and the City of St. Paul. This supplement provides that all of
the terms, provisions and conditions of Agreement No. 57262 dated
November 8, 1972, relative to payment by the City of a 50 percent share
of the costs of the above referenced state project, are rendered null
and void, and both the State and the City are hereby released from any
obligations incurred under said Agreement No. 57262.
The enclosed supplement copies may be retained for the City's use.
