1. Omit two fixtures as per request of Sept. 28 DEDUCT $ 28. 00
2. Wire electric door and, controls as per request of Sept. 28 ADD 276. 00
3. Install electrical work as per Field. Order 85 revised ADD 254. 00
4. Fixture changes as per Field Order #69 ADD 561. 00
