known as Contract L-1475 _, City Project No.71_G-1980, Alexander Construction Comparxv, Inc. ,
Contractor, is composed of the following:
Constructed Design Type VII manholes instead of reconstructing existing
catch basins. Type VII manholes were required due to existing drill holes:
2 Type VII manholes @ $350.00 = $700.00
Adjusted water gate valve housing at locations not shown on the plan
2 Adjust Housings @ $ 50.00 = 100.00
Removed trees not so designated on the plan. Removal was required
because of root cutting.
2 Trees Removed @ $135.00 = 270.00
TOTAL $12070.00
ORDERED, That the City of Saint Paul, through its Mayor, approves the foregoing additions made in ac-
cordance with the specifications in the sum of $ 1,070,00 , said amount to be added to the lump sum con-
sideration named in the contract, known as contract L-1475 , and which amount is to be financed from:
Urban Renewal Bond Funds._
