The City is requued by City code to clean up the proQerty and charge the property owne[ for the clean up.
Advantages IfApproved:
Cost recovery progrems to recover expenses for summary abatement, grass cutting, towing af abandoned vehicles, demolitions,
garbage hauling, tree removal and boardings-up.
Disadvantages if Approved:
None
