If approved, the project would be funded in part from "eXCess" MSA revenue ($540,000) from the Phalen Boulevasd— Phase II project, and from the developer of Hmong Village Marketplace ($85,000). The City will enter into an agreement with the developer to cover project costs that are not eligible for MSA funding. OK to sign.
