The property owners of 1371 West 7th Street have submitted documentatiou in compliance with the City's fire protection system progcam, have completed the improvemen[s, and the wock has been inspected and approved by the City. The properiy owners now request the assessment in order to pay the coutractors. AdvantageslfApproved: The property owners may receive payment for the improvements. The Ciry wil] have the authority to assess for the improved work. DisadvanWges lf Approved: The City will be expending funds now that may not be paid back in full (with interest) for 20 yeazs.
