Date: ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER, ORDERED, That St. Matthew's Church, 507 Hall Avenue, Saint Paul , Minnesota, 55107, is hereby authorized and permitted to use Hall Avenue, between Winifred and Roble Streets, from 8:00 A.M. to 6:00 P.M. on September 24, 1972, for its Fall Festival , upon and subject to the following provisions, terms and conditions: 1 . That said Church shall notify the Traffic Bureau of the Public Works Department at lease five (5) working days before the street is requested to be closed, and the City also waives the requirement that the Church pay all costs incurred in the furnishing, installing and removal of barricades, signs and other traffic control devices; 2. That said Church expressly agrees and shall undertake to fully indemnify and hold harmless the City of Saint Paul , its agents, officers and employees, from any and all damages, claims, losses, judgments, suits or expense arising out of or occasioned by the use of said street contemplated by this permission and authority; 3. That said Church shall take out and maintain during the period of time herein- before indicated, a comprehensive protective public liability insurance that shall fully indemnify, hold harmless, and defend the City of Saint Paul , its agents , officers, and employees from any and all damages, claims losses, judgments, suits or expenses on account of all claims of whatever nature arising out of or connected with said Fall • Festival . A certificate of this insurance shall be deposited with the Department of Public Works before September 18, 1972. The liability insurance shall be issued by an insurance company licensed to do business in the State of Minnesota and the premium and all expenses incidental thereto shall be paid promptly by the Church. The Church and the City shall be named as joint insured in an amount of not less than the following coverage: Bodily injury insurance (including death) in an amount of not less than $100,000.00 for all damages arising out of bodily injuries to or death of one person, and subject to the same limit for each person in a total amount of not less than $300,000.00 on account of any one accident. Property damage insurance in an amount of not less than $50,000.00 for all damages to or destruction of property in any one accident. The permission and authority granted herein shall lapse should the Church fail to meet any of the conditions hereinbefore specified.
