WHEREAS, the Ciry Council by its resolution CF-OS-b6Q authorized $1,09QOQ� in TEA-21 funding for the Upper Landing
River Connection Project; and
WHEREAS, the TEA-21 funding has increased to a total funding amount of $1,186,100; and
W HEREAS, the division of Parks and Recreation would like to amend the 2Q05 Capital SudgeY to reflect the full amount of the
TEA-21 funding available for the project; and,
WHEREAS, the Mayor, pnrsuant to Section 10.07.1 of the Charter of Yhz Ciry of Saint Paul, does certify that there are available
for appropriation, funds of $96,100 in excess of those estimated in the 2005 Capital Improvement Budget; and
NOW THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, by the Ciry Council ofthe City of Saint Paul, upon recommendation of the Mayor and
the positive advice of the Long Range Capitallmprovement Budget Committee, that $96,100 is available for appropriation in
the 2005 Capital Imprwement Budget, end said 2005 budget, as heretofore adopted by the Council, is here by further amended
as follows:
