WHEREAS, on June 16, 2010, the City Council of the Ciry of Saint Paul adopted Council File #10-653,
said Resolution being the Ratification of Assessment for property clean-up on private properiy from
February 26 to Mazch, 2010. (File No. J1005A, Assessment No. 108866); and
WHEREAS, the property at 634 Van Buren Avenue, being described as:
Dale Street Addition Lot 4;
with the property identification number 35-29-23-11-0089 was assessed an amount of $456.00 for property
clean up; and
WHEREAS, the Legislative Heazing Officer recommends reducing the assessment from $456.00 to
$298.00.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the amount of the assessment for this property be reduced.
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, Council File #10-653 is hereby amended to reflect this change.
