It is a fifth Tuesday and there are no scheduled hearings; however, the following
appeals have been reviewed by the Legislative Hearing Officer and the
recommendation is to grant variances for bedroom egress windows:
Appeai of Jeff Elias, Ezmerelda Partnership, to a Certificate of Occupancy
Deficiency List for property at 2141 Fremont Avenue.
Grant a 6-inch variance on the openable height of the egress windows in all bedrooms.
2. Appeal of Chayeeleng Xiong to a Certificate of Occupancy Deficiency List for
property at 2066 Larpenteur Avenue East.
Grant a 5-inch variance on the openable height of the egress windows in all bedrooms for
2070 and 2066.
Appeal of Dena Bohn to a Certificate of Occupancy Deficiency List for property
at 1390 Fumess Parkwav.
