Various changes to LaPlacita became apparant during the course of construction due to issues
concerning hAndicapped accessibility, lighting, and security. The City is administering
the contract on behalf of the Concord Street Business Association (CSBA). The CSBA
has approved the changes.
ANTAGES IF APPROVED:
1. City can continue to administer construction contract for CSBA
2. Project can be closed out.
