WHEREAS, NeighborWorks� America is hosting a GounselorMax T"^ User Group
Session in Washington, DC on July 28 and July 29, 2010 and has requested Michelle Vojacek
participate in the user group as a representative for the Minnesota statewide counseling network
to be paid by NeighborWorks � America; and
WHEREAS, participation in the user group wili enable Ms. Vojacek to share and learn
additionai information about the CounselorMax reporting system used by housing counselors
from around the United States;
NOW, THEREFOR BE 1T RESOLVED, the Gity of Saint Paul hereby accepts a donation
from NeighborWorksOO America to pay for Ms. Vojacek's travef costs and ground transportation
and hotel and food expenses and that such donation shall be deemed to be a gift to the City in
compiiance within the meaning of Sections 41.03 and Chapter 41 of the Adminisirative Code;
and
FURTHER RESOLVED, that this donation to pay for the expenses of Michelle Vojacek to
attend the CounselorMaxT"' User Group Session is determined to be for a public purpose.
