ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER,
WHEREAS, the City is conducting its 3rd Annual Clerical Conference titled
"Change: Facing New Choices, Meeting New Challenges" on Tuesday, September 11 , 1990,
at the Earle Brown Continuing Education Center.
WHEREAS, this conference will give two hundred twenty (220) City employees an
opportunity to explore, discover, and implement strategies for dealing with change.
WHEREAS, the Office of Personnel and Labor Relations - Training and Development
Division, is responsible for providing the cost of the following services:
- use of building facilities (first floor) for one day at the Earle Brown
Continuing Education Center
- rental of audio-visual equipment
- morning snack, beverages, and one meal for 220 individuals
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Office of Personnel and Labor Relations -
Training and Development Division be authorized to reimburse the Earle Brown
Continuing Education Center for the above costs incurred, not to exceed Three
• Thousand Five Hundred Dollars ($3,500.00) which will be paid out of the General
Fund, Activity 00157.
