After the vehicles were sold at public auction. These owners had been notified that the vehicle had been impounded as required by law but refused to pick them up until they were sold. The owners claims are paid through the City Attorney's Office. They receive the difference between the Impound Lot fees and the sale prices. )VANTAGES IF APPROVED: The City of St. Paul can meet its legal obligations.
