Ward In the matter of the assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for

The assessment of benefits, cost and expenses for and in connection with the above improvement having
been submitted to the Council, and the Council having considered same and found the said assessment satisfactory,
therefore, be it
RESOLVED, That the said assessment be and the same is hereby in a11 respects approved.
RESOLVED FURTHER, That a public hearing be had on said assessment on the lst day of Sentember,
2010 at the hour of 5 30 P.M., in the Council Chamber of the Court House and City Hall Building, in the City of St.
Paul; that the Financial Services Real Estate Section give notice of said meetings, as required by the Charter, stating
in said no6ce the time and place of hearing, the nature of the improvement, and the amount assessed against the lot
or lots of the particulaz owner to whom the notice is directed.

Property owners or renters create a health hazard at various times thtoughout the City of Saint Paul when their proper[y is not kep[ up.
The City is required by City code to clean up the properry and charge the property owner for the clean up.

Cost recovery programs to recover expenses for snmmazy abatement, grass cutting, towing of abandoned vehicles, demolitioas,
gazbage hauling, hee removal and boazdings-up.
