ADMINISTRATIVE ORDER,
in the matter of the requirement of the City of
Saint Paul that all services not authorized by a contract or the Purchasing
Division must receive mayoral or council approval; and
WHEREAS, the St. Paul Division of Public Health has received a grant for the
amount of $51,900 from the Minnesota Department of Health to be used for
health care of Native Americans; and
WHEREAS, the St. Paul Urban Indian Health Clinic does provide this health
care; and
WHEREAS, the Urban Indian clinic rents space from Capital Community
Services; and
WHEREAS, the St. Paul Division of Public Health would like to directly pay
Capital Community Services for rent for the St. Paul Urban Indian Health
Clinic during the year of 1990; THEREFORE BE IT;
ORDERED, that the City of St. Paul through its Mayor approve payment to
Capital Community Servies not to exceed $6,000.
